| How do I get listed? |
| You can add your apartment(s) online yourself now using our simple registration forms, you even have the option to upload photos. No credit card details are required to create a listing. Alternatively, we can add your details for you for an additional fee of 10 GBP per apartment. Simply email us your details or if you have an existing website we can take the information from there. We will ask you to approve the listing before we publish it live on the Internet. |
| How is a booking made? |
| The customer deals and transacts with you directly, leaving you in complete control. We will send you an initial email if a customer wishes to book your apartment showing the dates they have requested. We request you to reply to them with confirmation of the availability and price. We also email the customer your details so they can contact you directly. We take no fees from the customer or commission from you. See the How it Works menu for more details. |
| How much does it cost to advertise on this site? |
| The price for 1 apartment listing is only 29 GBP+VAT (where applicable) per annum. This is our regular price, not a promotion price and we do not charge commission! What’s more if your listing hasn’t attracted much interest, the renewal will be free (see below). |

| What do I get when I am listed? |
| The price is all-inclusive. The apartment will be presented on its own page displaying detailed information including facilities, prices, area maps, up to 5 photos, an availability calendar and a booking request form. You can place a link direct to your existing website if applicable. The basic details will also be available in multiple languages and prices in multiple currencies attracting more international visitors. You have your own Login area where you can see the booking requests made for your apartment, update the availability and details of the apartment as often as you like. |
| How can this website be so much cheaper than others? |
| The major cost of any Internet Business is the software and IT infrastructure. We are an IT company and develop all our software in-house minimising costs. Furthermore, we actually market our software as separate product, this website acts as a showcase for our system which as a result pays for itself. Our running costs are very low, this system is 90% automated and doesn’t use much of our support staff’s time. We are happy to pass the savings on, attracting more listings and helping to build the best apartments website on the Internet. |
| Are there discounts for more than one listing? |
| When purchased at the same time, the second listing automatically attracts a discount of 50%, and 80% for the third and subsequent listings. This results in the following: |

| How do I qualify for free renewal? |
| We are confident your listing will attract a lot of interest. However, if not we shall offer free renewal, based on the following points system achieving less than 100 points for your listing. A click to view your listing = 1 point. A click to your external website (if applicable)= 5 points. A customer lead (booking enquiry email) = 10 points. |
